To support the growth of our clinical programs, we are seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to assist with clinical trials across Central and Eastern Europe, with a primary focus on Poland. This position is critical to ensuring successful trial execution and supporting the adoption of a breakthrough therapy.


Role Overview

As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will work closely with clinical teams to provide on-site procedural support, training, and guidance during investigational procedures. Acting as the link between trial sites and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure compliance, optimize device usage, and gather valuable insights to advance the therapy toward regulatory approval.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate case scheduling and ensure product readiness at investigational sites.
  • Deliver hands-on support during procedures and provide training to hospital staff.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical investigators and healthcare professionals.
  • Support accurate documentation and adherence to trial protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively between sites and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Travel extensively within assigned countries to provide on-site assistance.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in nursing, biomedical sciences, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cardiovascular procedures or cath lab environments.
  • Familiarity with clinical research standards (e.g., ISO14155, GCP) and data protection regulations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages from the region are a plus.
