Associate Director Clinical Operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or life sciences discipline
- ~10+ years of relevant experience within clinical operations
Required Experience & Capabilities
- Direct experience supporting or leading clinical studies in acute and/or chronic pain, with meaningful exposure to study execution challenges in this space
- Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations (CFR), and global clinical trial requirements
- Demonstrated success managing Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 clinical trials, ideally within multi-site or global settings
- Prior responsibility for vendor oversight, budget tracking, and resource planning across clinical programs
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to solve complex operational challenges and drive decisions forward
- Experience operating within cross-functional teams, with the ability to build alignment and maintain momentum across Clinical, Regulatory, Biometrics, and external partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with investigators, CROs, consultants, and internal leadership
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
