VP Germany Sales

The Company Overview:
A market leading diagnostic manufacturer, are looking for a VP to manage and lead the German sales team while providing sales expertise to team to market the products into the German health care market.
The senior candidate will be an expert in the diagnostics market with an entrepreneurial spirit to motivate the growth of a successful sales team, leading all business in Germany including the responsibility of achieving financial targets and strategic objective in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Strong negotiator with a continuous focus on results.
- Manage a sales team and technical support.
- Driving the development of sales team and delivering together to achieve.
- Develop, train and coach the members in the Sales team.
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships and develop to generate success over the German Territory.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years experience years working in the Diagnostics market.
- Previous sales management experience managing a high peforming in Germany.
- Good knowledge and passion for the Diagnostics Market.
- Fluent in English and German is a must.
- Result driven, motivated and entrepreneurial.
- Ability travel the selected German territory.
