As a VP, Account Director
- You are the liaison between the client and internal departments and will provide a clear direction on plans of strategy and execution to ensure the team is aligned and committed timelines and budgets
- You have an excellent understanding of client services, their products, internal processes, and developing relationships.
- You will be responsible for effectively listening to their needs and providing strategic solutions
- Lead accounts from the front and works closely with executive leadership to drive the agency's vision.
- Work collectively and cross-functionally within an agency setting
Client Responsibilities:
- You will serve as the day to day lead with the client and provide a high-level overview of accounts and their status
- Assists in developing strategic plans, junior staff members and new business within existing accounts
- Understand the client's therapeutic areas, organization, and overall goals
- Provide the client with concise thoughts and strategic guidance
- Financial oversight of budgets and projects internally and externally
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of direct medical communications experience, specifically working across HCP Advertising tactics
- Strong leadership skill-set
- Agency experience
- Bachelor's Degree
