Job Title: Vice President, Patient Services - Specialty Healthcare

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior leader to demonstrate knowledge across multiple business unites.
- Exhibit the strong leadership skills to make a positive difference across the business.
- Establish strategic plans for each department.
- Lead patient services team in achievement of quality and performance goals.
- Lead department managers to take actions that are consistent with overall strategy.
- Provide strategic leadership and vision to all the professionals within the operations team and be able to work collaboratively with team members, other areas of the business, patients, providers, and clients, both external and internal.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant in the functions of patient services, specialty, and infusion space.
- Minimum of 5 years of call center and patient care leadership experience.
- Proven record of strong financial acumen.
- Six Sigma and Process Improvement experience (CMI, Kaizen) with proven track record.
