- Hands-on leader able to coordinate services for multiple clients from strategic planning and program development through all phases of execution.
- Serve as day-to-day senior contact for clients and manage all aspects of the engagement from strategic planning and program development through work flows, quality control, budget management, counsel on client issues and proactive recommendations.
- Continually work to support teams to make sure services are delivered at the highest levels of quality, efficiency and success.
- Be the lead person in planning and execution of client interactions, including business updates, new business presentations and crisis communications.
- Lead team efforts to identify emerging trends in health care and communications that can strengthen our client services.
- Develop the most effective strategies to help clients understand and assess the impact of our work through targeted analytics and other measures.
- Be able to provide senior level counsel on media and social media strategies.
- Have ability to handle all needs related to team building, including hiring, managing team performance, mentoring, training and compensation.
- Responsible for all aspects of the financial management of client engagements including budgeting, invoicing and efficient engagement of team engagement at every level.
- Dedicated to building the business through identification of value-add opportunities to expand established client relationships and ability to target and win new business.
- Be an active participant in decisions related to agency operations and business planning including hiring, marketing, industry presence and thought leadership, adoption of new technologies, expansion opportunities, team building and other areas.
