EPM Scientific are currently representing an emerging Boston, biotech as they go through a rapid expansion of the commercial organization to prepare for multiple new product launches in the Rx and Consumer space.
The Head of US Sales Excellence (Senior Director title) will be charged with:
- crafting a robust and scalable sales training infrastructure capable of supporting the existing US sales force and products.
- preparing the sales force to successfully launch new products
- Manage a team of training professionals and trainers to deliver high quality training programs.
- Create training materials, resources and tools such as sales playbooks, product guides (with support of the BUs)
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills:
- Bachelors Degree required with an advanced degree in business or training preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience, within a corporate environment is required
- Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week in central Boston, MA
- Ability to work with all levels in the organization, driving solutions and recommendations
