Responsibilities:
- Assist in development and execution of divisional strategic plan
- Responsible for all forms of customer research and customer value confirmation (qualitative, quantitative, primary, secondary, online surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, pricing analysis, conjoint analysis and etc.)
- Participate in immersive/observational research within clinical settings to develop clinical insight
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience (Medical Device)
- Ability to conduct, prioritize and synthesize customer research
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Clinical insight preferred
- Technical competency preferred
- Able to be a strong advocate of customer through development process
- Ability to work with and motivate cross-functional teams
