Title: Territory Manager
We are seeking a Territory Manager to join a leading medical device company in Virginia. The role will be responsible for selling the company's Cardiovascular Devices to health care providers and institutions in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, and administrators
- Provide customers with relevant clinical data to better understand certain Cardiovascular diseases and the role of these devices in protecting these patients
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products and services
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years of sales experience in medical equipment sales or specialized/hospital-based pharmaceutical sales
- 5 years of successful sales experience, and at least one of those years in health-care sales
- Valid state driver's license
- Documented history of sales success
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be credentialed/have access privileges in all assigned customer accounts
- Must live within the assigned territory

- Cardiology experience
