A midsize innovative Medical Devices company is seeking an experienced Sales person to cover the North of Germany. This incredible company has developed completely unique and innovative new technology, which truly transforms the lives of its patients suffering with acute and chronic diseases in vascular health and oncology.
They value trust and honesty in there relationships so looking for someone with good interpersonal skills who can build new relationships and maintain existing ones ad ultimately helping deliver patients there high quality products.
Key responsibilities of the Territory Manager:
- Work closely with key physicians and hospital KOLs to achieve the corporate objectives while helping the customer meet there needs.
- Build a market and create strong relationships with new customers
- Conduct sales and price negotiations
- Consistently achieve/exceed individual sales goals assigned
- Help to grow the business by increasing revenue in the North of Germany
- Establish budgets and meet deadlines for accounts
- Consistent training on the products, and have a deep understanding of the clinical and procedural aspects of the products
- Develop quarterly business plans identifying new clients
Key requirements include:
- Medical Device sales experience, ideally in the oncology or radiology (or similar fields)
- Based in the territory, or willing to relocate
- Demonstrates a positive attitude towards work
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Dynamic personality who wants to play a vital role in the development of there given territory
- Market expansion and business development skills
- Excellent communication skills
- MUST be fluent in German and English
