Introductory Paragraph:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to oversee production operations for our client, who operates within the pharmaceutical industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As Team Lead Production, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production operations while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- The daily operations of their shift in manufacturing suites, including daily schedule, shift rotations
- Leading upstream biopharmaceuticals manufacturing process
- Building multi-functional teams and work well with other support functions such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Science and Technology
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Participating in Technology Transfer and operational readiness activities to implement new production processes and new lines
Qualifications & Skills Required:
To qualify for this role, you must possess;
- Leadership Experience - You should have at least 5 years' experience working as a manager or supervisor in relevant fields such as Biopharmaceuticals or - Sterile Drug Product Filling Operation.
- Production Management - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools including planning timelines/schedules/budgeting/and resource allocation.
- Excellent Communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written form across different levels on issues related directly or indirectly with GMP guidelines/regulations/policies/procedures/processes etc..
