Senior Scientist - Analytical Development

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
* Piloting and helping with the development of synthetic pathways and manufacturing of pharmaceutical drugs and intermediates.
* Conducting laboratory research, such as kilo lab scale work
* Assisting on cross functional teams within R&D, and even across other teams within the company
* Supervising over process development and supporting the team as needed
* Using industry concepts to help with the growth of the company principles to achieve set goals in an efficient and timely fashion
Key Qualifications
* Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or 5+ years of industrial experience in multi-step organic synthesis and process implementation
* Strong understanding of analytical tools like HPLC, GC and NMR is required
* Good understanding with APIs and controlled substance is helpful
* Good experience in manufacturing environments is helpful
* Good cGMP, to lead as an example within environment
