Title: Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics
Summary:
A biopharmaceutical company that focuses their efforts on orphan and rare diseases is looking to add to its growing commercial analytics team, with an opening at the Senior Manager level. The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics will primarily support essential functions of the U.S. sales force through business reporting and business intelligence. Secondary responsibilities include sales planning, analysis/reporting and sales process optimization.
This is a growth hire due to recent funding and expansion plans. This goal-driven person will report directly into the Senior Director of the team in a crucial leadership position. This is a highly visible role where the Senior Manager, will communicate insight-driven analytics to brand directors across many different segments of the business.

As the Director of Commercial Analytics your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the commercial forecasting process which will drive key sales functions which will include territory metrics, patient flow statistics and sizing.
- Developing and installing advanced methodologies and analytics to create and monitor best practices
- Defining and overseeing compensation programs for Field team
- Ensuring cross department communication to maximize insight on business growth and strategy
- Delivering Salesforce effectiveness to support Sales Force sizing and territory structures
Director of Commercial Analytics Qualifications:
- BA required, preferred advanced degree in a relevant field (finance, business, analytics)
- 4+ years of commercial analytics experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology industry
- Knowledge of various CRM systems; creating and managing dashboards & reports
