Job Description
The Senior Manager Channel Marketing Lead sits within the Multichannel Marketing group and focuses on implementing and executing tactics, which support the success of the field sales team. Lead overarching digital strategy and execution to meet brand objectives
Objectives
- Develop multi-channel communication plans in collaboration with agencies and using internal enterprise data solutions
- Overall accountability for breakthrough digital creative assets, from brief to launch, including content mapping
- Develop and employ media channel investment models, measurement plans and tracking systems to assess program potential, success and optimization
- Build upon the existing technology roadmap, with key partners, to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Lead annual brand/tactical planning cycles, including identification of innovation and 'test and learn' opportunities
- Collaborate with other key team members, including IS/IT, Commercial Data and Analytics, digital operations, and peer to peer, to ensure that synergies are captured
- Manage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of new materials
- Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring efficient delivery of all programs.
- Lead several agency relationships, including media and creative agency of record
Qualifications
- BA/BS in applicable discipline from an accredited university/college
- Executional experience in a multi-channel marketing group
- Experience in digital marketing environment
- 7 years' experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Knowledge of cross channel execution and best practices
- Understanding of speaker program technology processes and management platforms and internal/government compliance requirements
- Understanding of field sales channel specific strategies and tactics
