A global-leading, pharmaceutical organization local to Cambridge Massachusetts, is looking to add elite talent to its market research team, with a Senior Manager, Market Research. This individual will be responsible for leveraging qualitative and quantitative market research to influence business needs. The position spans across developing new project plans and preparation analysis that will be essential to the brand team decision making process.
The position requires working in a consultative approach across numerous functions ranging from marketing analysis, brand planning, situation analysis and project management. Senior Manager Market Research will be responsible for designing and developing project plans that coincide with brand's plan and other critical brand team decision processes.
One of the most important factors within this position is the ability to identify and strategy convey analytics and insights functions at appropriate brand team meetings, advertise integrated market overviews and make recommendations to further the brand based on qualitative and quantitative knowledge of marketplace. This position works cross-functionally with members of marketing, sales, finance, and legal, as well as external agencies and alliance partners.
Responsibilities
- Leading project management efforts utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods to meet key business metrics.
- Acting as a subject matter expert resolving issues and ensure regular communication of processes enhancements.
- Leverage relevant market knowledge to guide the team's strategy.
- Classify information to utilizing data analytics to influence future products and give strategic recommendations for the development of new products or services.
- Implementation and management of annual market research initiatives. Collaborate across brand team and staff to develop strategic product launch plans.

Requirements
- BA or BS in an analytical field such as statistics, operations research, management science, math or statistics
- 5+ years statistical analysis and/or quantitative market research experience.
- 2+years pharmaceutical market research experience.
