Senior Director Strategy, Surgical Franchise
Introduction
We are looking for a Senior Director of Strategy for our Surgical Franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual strategic planning exercise, including long-range sales forecasts, portfolio management, and evaluation of key strategic topics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual strategic planning exercise, including long-range sales forecasts, portfolio management, and evaluation of key strategic topics
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and plans to drive business growth
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure successful completion of strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Surgical Franchise business and market

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience in the MedTech/Medical Device Arena
- 4+ Years Management Consulting experience
- Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree in Engineering or Science Preferred

- Position Type: Hybrid Onsite
- Salary: $240,000-$300,000 base salary expectation
