The senior clinical trial manager position is hybrid taking place in the San fransico Bay Area
Senior Clinical Trial Manager will be responsible for:
- Identification and proactive management of CROs, clinical sites and vendors and identification and rapid resolution of performance issues, through each phase
- Oversee the review, planning and implementation of anything that might impede clinical trials
- Cross-collaborate in a functional team environment with functional leaders responsible for Program Management, Clinical Development, Biometrics, Medical Writing, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal/Finance & Accounting
- Ensure that the company's clinical trials are executed in accordance with agreed timelines, budgets and goals in support of corporate objectives
- Oversight, identification and selection of investigator sites
Senior Clinical Trial Managers need the following qualifications:
- (5+ years) experience of managing clinical trials in the biotechnology/biopharmaceutical industry, specifically in neurological and/or psychiatric indications
- Looking for a professional and self-efficient individual with a passion for advancing treatment options and outcomes in neurological and psychiatric disorders
- Effective, proactive, and open communications, to achieve transparency and clarity of clinical trial goals with team members, executive management and key stakeholders
- Experience in managing Sponsor initiated clinical trials, working with CROs, clinical sites and overseeing multiple vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in research systems, such EDC, ePRO, IRT or EHR systems.
