Job Title: Sales Manager - Genomics and Automation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of genomics and automation technologies, coupled with excellent sales skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for genomics and automation products, in line with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis, by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Provide expert technical knowledge and support to customers, both pre- and post-sales, to ensure optimal use of our products and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to continuously refine our product offerings, pricing, and sales approach.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree or PhD would be a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales of genomics and automation products, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep technical knowledge and understanding of genomics and automation technologies, as well as their applications across various industries.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, build and manage relationships with key customers, and drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
