The Research Associate II will be responsible for:
- Executing protocols for construction of gene target arrays.
- Developing, refining, and executing batch records, SOPs and work instructions.
- Developing microbiological sample controls for use with vitro diagnostic assays.
- Optimizing current methods and processes for sequencing a broad range of microorganisms.
The Research Associate II will be responsible for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in microbiology or molecular biology.
- Prior biotechnology requires, at least 2-3 years with B.S or 0-1 years with M.S.
- Expertise in microbiology/molecular biology, sterile techniques and microbial cell culture.
- Experience with a broad range of bacterial species.
- Excellent organizational, record keeping and communication skills.
