As R&D Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of programs in all development stages;
- Ensuring integration and execution across all the functional areas;
- Building and maintaining high performing program teams and support project work;
- Cooperate with other program lead for the development of program strategy.
As R&D Program Manager, you will need:
- PhD or equivalent in medicine, biology, biochemistry, or a comparable field;
- Experience in managing programs in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry;
- Experience in drug development process including manufacturing of pharmaceuticals;
- Experience in immunology and immuno-oncology;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in managing stakeholders.
