Regional Sales Manager- Germany
A rapidly expanding human genome sequencing company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Germany. The individual will join a team built up of energetic and forward thinking sales people and will be required to communicate across business areas building strong working relationships to collaborate with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the directing of the regional sales team to meet targets.
- Construct territory quotas and ensure that sales targets are met.
- Develop and carry out the regional business plan to meet assigned targets.
- Be able to forecast customer demand.
- Ensure that sales staff achieves their forecasts and provide development plans to correct for under performance.
- Routinely forecast expenses for the district within assigned budgets.
- Responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved, maintained and developed.
- Responsible for ensuring Salesforce is completely utilized, updated, and compliant with company policies and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in related field (Molecular biology, Biology or related fields preferred)
- Excellent sales experience in the Life Science industry or relative field.
- Strong technical background in genomics, genetics or life sciences is required.
- Strong communication skills to internal and external audiences.
