Position: Quality Systems Coordinator

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to be apart of their new biologic's division in the Netherlands. Being one of the largest generic's companies in the world, the division we are supporting are searching for talented, motivated QMS experts to continue their growth in the biologic's development.
Major Responsibilities:
- Interact with the company's VP Head Corporate Quality Biologics daily, especially concerning the common parts of the QMS
- Maintain and develop the company's high-quality procedures, specifications and standards. Ensuring the manufacturing/production processes meet national and international standards
- Responsible for training regime to uphold GMP regulations and overall timely training completion (for all department employees)
- Extensively document all major activities, systems and procedures and reflect the updated changes in said procedures & processes by SOP's in each department
- Offer specialised technical expertise in support of the Quality program: quality training, audits, assessment, statistical methods and inspection techniques
- Act as secondary system coordinator for EDMS, Trackwise and LSM to ensure support on system processes and requirements ready for use of SME and IT coordinators
- Responsible for preparation of key quality metrics and improvement programs for QA B&CM QMS
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in (Bio-) chemistry, pharmacy, bio sciences or similar
- Professional experience in Quality department within Pharmaceutical market (GMP)
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical processes and quality management systems
