Title: Quality Engineer
Salary: 80,000-115,000

Role and Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement effective process control systems to meet quality standards for new product development and ongoing manufacturing.
- Problem-solving Expertise: Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement various product and process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Support Divisional Initiatives: Support all divisional initiatives to align with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience and detailed knowledge of FDA and GMP. Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or equivalent.
- Experience leading process control and monitoring of critical-to-quality (CTQ) parameters and specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Strong Collaboration skills: experience working with design engineers to complete product verification and validation to ensure product quality and compliance.
