We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Med Device Manager to lead and manage our quality control operations in the medical device sector. As a QC Med Device Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our medical devices meet the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
The QC Manager will be responsible for…
- Lead, develop, and manage the QC team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Establish and communicate clear quality control objectives and strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and guidelines, such as FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and incorporate them into the quality control framework.
- Design, implement, and continually improve quality control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control into the product lifecycle, from design to manufacturing.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
The QC Manager should have the following qualifications….
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Life Sciences, etc.).
- Proven experience (6+ years) in quality control and quality management within the medical device industry.
- In-depth understanding of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant industry guidelines.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with quality management software systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
