Our client, based in vibrant Berlin, Germany, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead their QA team towards excellence. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth while contributing significantly to critical health solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of the QS system according to current scientific and technological advancements.
- Provide both technical guidance and disciplinary leadership for QA staff members.
- Manage resources effectively within budget constraints including personnel allocation and material planning.
- Implement laws, regulations, guidelines into our robust Quality Assurance systems with precision.
- Carrying out internal inspections and supplier audits in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Preparation and review of quality assurance agreements and delineation of responsibility agreements
Requirements:
- A degree in natural sciences or equivalent educational background
- In-depth knowledge of AMG (German Medicinal Products Act), AMWHV (Medicines Manufacturing Ordinance), EU-GMP Guideline & ICH requirements
- Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
- Experience in team management
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
