The External Quality Managerwill have the following responsibilities:
Main point of contact for all client-facing quality queries. Establish strong communication with key customers and build long-standing business relationships
Oversee all external batch record release to ensure completion and timeliness
Regularly conduct risk-assessments
Lead for all customer audits and inspection readiness
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 4 years' experience in GMP-QA
Proven track record of thriving in a customer / client-facing environment (CMO experience also acceptable)
Leadership and communication experience
