We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of National Sales Director for our client, an established pharmaceutical company based in New Jersey. As part of their growth plan, they require someone who can drive sales strategies across multiple channels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- 10+ years' experience leading national-level sales teams within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets consistently
- Strong knowledge and network within EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage large-scale remote teams effectively while keeping them motivated towards shared goals.
They should be able to develop effective strategic plans that align with organizational objectives by assessing market trends and leveraging data insights from various sources including CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal is essential since this person will work closely with cross-functional departments such as Marketing & Medical Affairs team alongside external stakeholders like key opinion leaders(KOLs) etc.,
This position requires strong business acumen combined with deep domain expertise around oncology products helping clients understand how these solutions meet their needs better than competitors' offerings would do so you need stellar negotiation capabilities too!
