Our global biotech partner is seeking a Medial Expert to join at their Frankfurt location. This company has rapidly expanded in the last several years with exciting advancements in their immunotherapy and mRNA treatments, particularly in Oncology. The Frankfurt site is expected to see exponential growth in 2023 and to support this, medical experts with a background in cell therapy and immunology are being sought.
You will be working in a team of leading scientists from around the world to help continue and further the amazing recent progress in this company. Emphasis is always focused on improving the lives of patients and contributing to the treatment of recent and future emergent diseases.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the development of novel compounds, leading the clinical trial processes and guiding the team, trouble shooting and providing advice on day-to-day processes and investigations
* Develop study protocol, training material, and in-depth analytics
* Delivering high quality projects in a timely manner
* Act as the main point-of-contact for the clinical study team for all medical aspects
Requirements:
* Ideally 10-15 years' experience working as a medical director, ideally within an oncology setting
* M.D. with relevant research or clinical experience
* Represent the clinical team in presentation the senior clinical team, senior drug development staff and externally to partners and governance/regulatory authorities
* Experienced in phase I-III clinical trials
* Available for domestic and international travel (20%)
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken), German language is ana advtange
