A global, well-established Medical Communications agency is looking for a Publications professional to join their team, focusing in vaccines and infectious diseases. This is a full-time, remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress and booth materials, and more.
- Serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal teams by offering expert insights into the vaccines and infectious diseases landscape, including competitive intelligence, emerging therapies, and breakthroughs.
- Lead the review and approval process for materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the highest quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Terminal degree (PhD, PharmD, MD).
- CMPP a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a medical communications agency (working on publications deliverables).
- Prior experience and knowledge of the vaccines and infectious diseases landscape a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex medical information into clear, engaging content for various audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A track record of compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Management experience a plus, as you have the chance to have direct reports in this role.
