Job: Director - Marketing (Hematology/Oncology- Launch)

Role Description
- Focus on Brand/Launch of new and pending FDA approvals
- Responsible for key aspects of Brand, HCP, & Professional initiatives including promotional programs/materials
- Update and maintain budget responsibilities for key marketing initiatives
- Develops and manages strong sustainable relationships with external constituents (i.e. key opinion leaders, advisors, and agencies)
- Work cross-functional with field sales, KOL, and internal teams to deliver a strong launch
- Participates in the development of strategies that will contribute to long-term growth for the franchise.
- Contribute to the development of presentation materials to Sr. Management
Qualifications:
- 8+ years Commercial Pharmaceutical experience
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 6 years of product management/marketing or equivalent experience
- Excellent project management expertise and budgeting skills
- Strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal and people management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years Pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Rare Disease/Oncology Marketing Experience
- Leadership experience
- MBA/MPH
- Launch experience
