Job Title: Manager, Business Development

Summary:
I'm currently recruiting for a Manager of Business Development for a fast-moving CRO company to secure new business in Pharmaceutical services. The ideal candidate should posses prior consultative sales experience with the ability to solve problems at a fast pace.
Responsibilities:
- Present proposals to prospects
- Acquire new business to drive growth
- Work with Sales Operations and Finance teams to prepare proposals
- Effectively use CRM's for productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Biopharma/CRO
- Successful Consultative Sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting targets/quotas
- PhD or Masters Degree in a scientific related field
- Ability to travel 25% (depending on current state)
- Prior experience with research/lab experience in Life Science related field
