The Role:
A world leading Drug-Delivery company is seeking an Lean Consultant to work on a project in the south of Germany to ensure manufacturing efficiency is met.
The company works with a variety of products from Ophthalmic to Inhalation devices that deliver Generics, Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology products using injection moulding to create the devices.
Responsibilities:
-Assist the team to ensure consistent compliance with operational requirements
-Ensuring appropriate and immediate reaction and action is taken towards deviations.
-Focussing on manufacturing from a Lean perspective to ensure Cost, Quality and Performance standards are med
-Coaching and supporting on the junior members within the team to ensure up-skill and knowledge transfer takes place
Skills and Experience Required:
-Experience of working within Manufacturing in a Medical Device Company
-Injection Moulding experience Advantageous
-Drug-Delivery experience Advantageous
-German and English Fluency
