Currently we are supporting a Global Bio-pharmaceutical Company that are looking to expand its operations in Germany and therefore looking for a Labor Supervisor specialized in Microbiology (non-sterile, sterile and aseptic production)..

Essential Job Functions:
*Support and represent the direct manager in the organization and equipment of the laboratory.
*Responsibility for the maintenance, calibration / qualification and supervision of the validation documentation.
*Responsibility on the coordination of all the laboratory activities with the team and evaluate and check GMP analyses.
*Carry out the periodic reviews of the documentation of the microbiology laboratory, prepare work instructions, reports and validation/qualification documents.
*Closely work to other production departments as: validation and other microbiology groups in your interface function.
*Support the implementation of CAPAs for a continuous improve and streamlining of processes.
Education:
*Education as a biological technician assistant, or a Bachelor degree and above in the microbiology or biology, other related fields, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
*Several years' experience in the microbiological laboratory (pharmaceutical field).
*Relevant knowledge of laboratory equipment.
*Experience in organizing laboratories and guiding employees.
*Know-how of electronic systems.
*GMP knowledge in the field of microbiology.
*Good communication skills both in German and English desired.
