Inside Sales Representative

Our client, one of the leading diagnostic services companies, is actively seeking to add an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. We are looking for talented sales professionals to strategically grow key accounts and drive new business across the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts through outbound communication
- Develop relationships with various departments within customer organizations
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide sales support and assistance to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to grow profitable sales
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Inside/Field Sales or Technical Product experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a science related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
