Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day HR responsibilities, serving as an employee advocate & counselor to ensure that employee concerns are promptly addressed and resolved consistent with company values, policies, and/or practices.
- Responsible for operational topics and supporting the HR Manager and HR Business Partner with operational activities and strategic projects
- Provide guidance to internal business clients (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Lead or support local HR projects (continual improvement process, onboarding programs/welcome day, case management, employer branding, employment conditions, etc.
- Secure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process from A to Z
- Provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to departmental issues and individual complaints.
- Manage international assignments in cooperation with Global Mobility and act as facilitator with authorities
- Supporting HR related reporting on a monthly basis or on request
- Act as role model for our culture and drive change management/ culture shaping in alignment with corp.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
