A Top 10 global Pharma company is looking for an experienced Quality Systems leader to join their flagship site in Germany as they go through a period of expansion. This person will be responsible for leading the Quality Systems team (15 people), as part of the senior Site Leadership team.
Your main responsibilities :
- Disciplinary and technical management of Quality Systems Department
- Leading a team of three to you directly reporting employees and about 15 indirectly reporting to you employees
- Resource and cost management for the Quality Systems Department
- Ensuring the timeliness and legal and regulatory compliance of SOPs, quality systems, document management, Education / Training, archive, supplier management, data management and laboratory equipment qualification
- Responsibility for the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Ensure that statutory and internal company requirements regarding safety, health and environmental regulations are complied with
- Responsibility for self- inspection and communication on quality systems in audits and inspections
Your profile :
- Completed scientific degree or Master's degree
- Sound experience in a GMP-compliant production environment
- Excellent knowledge of international pharmaceutical requirements and regulations such as AMG, AMWHV, CFR and EU GMP
- Management experience in department management level
- Fluent written and spoken English
