Head of MSL's - Oncology
The Head of MSL's will act as a liaison to the medical/scientific community and will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders across Switzerland. Due to the company being in its infancy they are not just looking for someone to do the core requirements, but someone who would be driven by the opportunity to shape the company's future. Entrepreneurial spirit is essential
Head of MSL's basic responsibilities:
- Bring new approaches to finding and engaging Key Opinion Leaders in the field and how best to help and provide value to those already engaged with us
- Contribute to the local, regional and if need be global strategy and to execute the organisation's strategy and changes
- Work closely with the Senior Management team (CCO and CEO) to offer feedback on how to better engage customers, inspire staff and support current products
- Use and provide high quality medical and scientific educational programs; gives clinical and scientific presentations to support commercial teams or educate new audiences
Main requirements for Head of MSLs:
- Education: Ideally holding an MD
- Previous experience of a leading a team (MSLs or KAMs)
- Previous Oncology experience preferred
- Ability to travel around Switzerland
- French, German and English fluent
