A global leader in Genomics who has been at the forefront of developing technologies for NGS, DNA sequencing and genome editing for over 20 years are looking for a Head of Commercial (EMEA).
The organisation is enlarging its portfolio to deliver life-changing technology to Life Science researchers internationally. They are also committed to delivering the most innovative and comprehensive solutions for many forms of cancer and infectious diseases.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the sales team to become a best in class organisation with exceptional competitive selling capability, utilising the most up to date methods and tools available
Developing and executing launch plans for all products
Partnering with the CEO and key stakeholders across leadership team in all aspects of commercial and business strategy, commercial operations and planning
Leading a team to create and execute the European commercial platform
Participating in investor relations meetings and other external corporate communications
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years sales leadership experience in the genomics market
Achieved at least a Bachelor's degree in genomics, biochemistry or science related field
Previous experience in high-level decision making authority and proven negotiation skills in cooperation with external and internal partners
Profound knowledge in NGS, sanger sequencing and oligonucleotides
