Job: Associate Director Marketing (Global Brand Lead) - Rare Disease Launch

Role Description
- Focus on Global Brand marketing initiatives for rare disease product launch
- Lead the strategic development and tactical execution of HCP personal promotion plan. Collaborate, align, and coordinate with internal cross functional teams
- Build, maintain, and disseminate long-range global forecast models in line with corporate and brand planning needs, based on data insights and research
- Update and maintain budget responsibilities for key marketing initiatives
- Develops and manages strong sustainable relationships with external constituents (i.e. key opinion leaders, advisors, and agencies)
- Participates in the development of strategies that will contribute to long-term growth for the franchise.
- Contribute to the development of presentation materials to Sr. Management
Qualifications:
- 8+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience
- 4 years of Global Marketing Experience is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4 years of product management/marketing or equivalent experience
- Excellent project management expertise and budgeting skills
- Strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Position functions autonomously. No direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Rare Disease Marketing Experience
- MBA/MPH
- Launch experience
