Position Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to oversee all activities related to formulation development
- Test scale batches of formulation, for them to be evaluated in in-vivo and in-vitro experiments
- Help run manufacturing
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for all CMC related expertise
- Be responsible for hiring / training
- Offer recommendations to development groups
- Summarize data and present it in a professional / scientific fashion
Position Requirements
- PH.D. in scientific related discipline, with 6+ years of industry experience
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree, in scientific related discipline, with 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Excellent communication
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally
- Management experience is a must, management experience within formulation development would be a big plus
- Experience with Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) is a plus
- Experience with Vaccines and mRNA delivery systems is a plus
