This position will have responsibility to lead the development of new product channel strategies across a multi $BN product portfolio in multiple specialty therapy areas. Including designing and revising trade and channel account strategies for Wholesalers, Specialty Distributors, Retail/Specialty Pharmacies.
This position operates as the main point of contract for Managed Market Strategy and Operational leadership.
Partners with internal stakeholders, including Trade Account Managers, Trade Operations, Government Pricing, Finance, Payer Marketing and Chargebacks
Align strategy and KPIs for Trade Account Managers to help monitor and measure performance of distribution networks
Works closely with Auditing, Regulatory, Legal and other partners/stakeholders to ensure fully compliant practices, policies & procedures
Leads the development of reporting requirements for new and existing channels and keeps key internal partners and stakeholders abreast of distribution trends
Experience and Skills:
Advanced Degree (Bachelors, Masters, Doctorate) and at least 8 years' relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
6+ years of experience in Managed Markets, specifically in the development of distribution networks and channel segments:
Wholesalers, Specialty Distributors, Retail and Specialty Pharmacies, Hospitals, and Integrated Delivery Networks
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on project management and issue resolution
