Associate Director/Director- Formulations
This organization is an Industry Leading Biotech focused on cutting-edge novel therapies in the greater bay area. They are currently searching for a scientific leader to head up a CMC executive team that will take on break through innovation within their Formulation, Drug Product and Manufacturing Dept.
The Formulations Director will be responsible for:
* Ensuring protocols follow company policies
* Interpret raw data, organize results/ create reports, and communicate findings
* Overseeing tech transfers, scale ups and outsourced formulations
* Communicate findings to project teams and management
The Formulations Director must have the following qualifications:
* M.S or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or a related scientific field)
* Experience authoring CMC sections for IND, BLA/MAA (Preferred)
* Experienced in overseeing outsourced vendors (CROs/CMOs/CTLs/CDMOs) - highly coveted
* Strong hands-on experience in Drug Product/Formulations
