Customer Service Representative Position
Torrance, CA
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Processing GMP sales orders
- fulfilling customer requests, special accommodations and updating customer profiles
- maintaining and updating accounts in the ERP system
- processing customer returns and credit memos
Position Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales or a CSR department
- Must have experience with an ERP/CRM system
- exceptional phone and customer service
- computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- On-Site position
Preferred
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Salesforce
- At least an A.A. or Associates Degree equivalent in a related sciences (biology, chemistry, etc).
