Currently partnering with a global Health Care Client, we are searching for a Customer Service Lead Analyst. Fully remote position (person must be located in Switzerland) starting asap / January 2023.
Customer Service Lead Analyst:
Responsibilities:
- Support the Users (Internal and External) for the portal and online tool
- Liase with internal and external user for Trainings and Questions
- Train Customers
- Take technical lead and improve the tool
- Assist with IT department
The ideal candidate:
- Extremely well organized and hands-on person
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High interest for IT-tools / but no IT background needed
