An exciting Pharmaceutical company is currently seeking to hire a Clinical QA Manager to join their growing team in Munich. This position will provide comprehensive support clinical quality assurance (GCP), as well as perform occasional GCP audits.
Key responsibilities of the Clinical QA Manager include:
Support continuous improvement at Clinical Research & Development, identifying weaknesses and driving corrective plans
Development and maintenance of the CR&D SOP system
Manage the CR&D training programme
Ongoing quality support of CR&D staff
Plan, perform and review clinical study audits,
Assist in preparation for regulatory inspections
Key requirements of the Clinical QA Manager include:
Completed science studies (ideally medical or biosciences)
5+ years' experience in the Pharmaceutical or CRO industries
Good background in quality assurance management
Strong GCP knowledge
QA auditing experience preferable
Excellent communication skills in English (further languages preferred)
