Our client is looking for a strategic problem solver to act as a client advocate and manage client relationships. This position will be field based and requires travel 80% of the time.
Territory: New England
Responsibilities:
- Partner with providers, LTC facilities, home healthcare providers, and physician specialty groups to ensure clients' needs are being met
- Build and maintain client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and the organization
- Provide training and product demonstrations to clients
- Effectively target facility visits to ensure outreach expectations are met
- Work cross-functionally to collaborate with the pharmacy, finance, and sales teams
Requirements:
- Experience working in Long-Term Care (LTC)
- 3+ years of experience in a client facing role
- Experience working with CRM software
- RN or PharmD preferred
