Job Title: Brand Manager

Summary:
A mid-sized global pharmaceutical company is looking to expand their marketing division. This role will ideally be responsible for leading development and execution of projects and programs to grow Oral Surgery and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery markets. The Brand Manager will be the primary liaison to vendor partners, including telesales organization, to ensure execution aligned with the brand strategy.
Respnsibilities:
- Develop and execute all strategic and tactical plans for Oral and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery markets aligned with the annual brand plan for healthcare provider and patient audiences
- Develop and manage key customer and thought leader relationships within product area(s)
- Manage the professional (HCP) speaker bureau by partnering with speaker bureau vendor to lead speaker management and training, support content development & updates to speaker presentations, and manage program pull-through, including reporting and analytics
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or biosciences industry experience with Brand Management/Product Marketing; pain management experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in the development and execution of strategies to respond to unique or challenging market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to review, analyze and assess data including sales performance data and market trends
