Responsibilities:
- Develop a 5-year strategic plan
- Lead and implement marketing design for specialty products
- Develop and execute new product launch plans
- Produce marketing and promotional material in line with regulatory considerations
- Interact with KOL's throughout the industry to gain insight into market and customer needs
- Track organisational performance and competitiveness
- Analyse pricing and ensure policies align with objectives
- Support and collaborate with Sales team
Requirements:
- Pharmacist background essential
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry
- Proven experience collaborating and influencing within a matrix organisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and French
