We are currently looking for an Associate Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's team in Berlin. Our client is a pharmaceutical company that has been expanding its operations in Germany and is now looking for a talented individual to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all products are manufactured, tested, and released in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications
- Conduct analytical testing of products and provide analytical support to the manufacturing process
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all quality-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of GMP regulations
- Experience with CAPAs, SOPs, Risk prevention and management
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in German language needed; good level on English
