Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the creation of forecasts in-line, near-term pipeline, and business development
- Working on project planning, analytics, and meeting management
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Advise senior leadership to implement forecasts
- Create and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders
- Understanding various approaches to forecasting and high understanding of therapeutic knowledge
- Present meaningful forecast implications, actionable insights, and recommendations to senior executive leadership
- Ability to use analytics to tell a forecasting story
Required Qualifications:
- BA or BS in an analytical field
- Oncology or Hematology Experience
- 7+ pharmaceutical analytics or forecasting experience
- knowledge of forecasting principles, practices, and tools
- Understanding of numerous Therapeutic areas
- Excel modeling skills
- Leadership ability and team management experience
